1. Listing Fees & Payments

Sellers pay a one-time non-refundable listing fee when creating a project. DevMarket does not process or take a commission on the final project sale between buyer and seller.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate metrics, financial history, and project details. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in permanent account termination without refund.

3. Buyer Due Diligence

Buyers are responsible for performing independent due diligence before purchasing any software project, code, domain, or digital asset.

4. Limitation of Liability

DevMarket is a marketplace listing platform and is not liable for transactions or disputes between independent buyers and sellers.
