Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on DevMarket, including project listing fees. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Listing Fees

The listing fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment required to publish a project on DevMarket. This fee covers the cost of hosting your listing, visibility to buyers, and access to direct messaging with potential acquirers.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

In limited circumstances, we may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion:

  • Technical failure — If your payment was processed but your listing was never published due to a platform error, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate payment — If you were charged twice for the same listing, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.
  • Service unavailability — If DevMarket experiences extended downtime (48+ hours) preventing your listing from being visible, you may request a refund.

3. When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

  • Your listing was published and subsequently removed for violating our Terms of Service or Seller Terms.
  • You changed your mind about selling after the listing was published.
  • Your project did not receive offers or inquiries.
  • You provided inaccurate or misleading project information.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email awais.fatima3542@gmail.com with your account email, project listing ID, and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.

5. Buyer-Seller Transactions

DevMarket does not process or facilitate the actual sale transaction between buyers and sellers. All deal negotiations, payments, and asset transfers happen directly between the parties. DevMarket is not responsible for refunds or disputes related to buyer-seller transactions.

6. Payment Processor

Listing fee payments are processed through Whop. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
